Have you seen our new Shin Maywa pump page that went live a couple weeks ago?  If not (or even if you have - I've checked it about 10 times myself), you've got to check it out here.  We're excited to be offering Shin Maywa pumps to our customers.  ShinMaywa (America), Ltd. offers the CNWX series of heavy-duty, non-clog submersible pumps for the industrial and municipal wastewater markets.  These submersible pumps are specifically designed for your problematic lift stations.  You know the lift stations that keep you up all night, clogging every other week?  The one that already has a "non-clog" impeller that isn't living up to it's name?  That's what these guys are made for.

The secret is in the impeller.  These pumps feature the revolutionary new single vane non-clog scroll impeller design from ShinMaywa Industries, Ltd.. The scroll impeller design incorporates a helix formed passage at the inlet which is smoothly connected to the single vane non-clog passage. This design virtually eliminates clogging, plugging, and entangling of fibrous materials resulting in reduced maintenance costs and electrical power consumption.

Already, we've got these non-clog scroll impeller equipped CNWX pumps in several of our most difficult lift stations in the state.  Am I sounding like an infomercial?  Just humor me for one more minute - check out this video below to see how it works.  I think it's pretty cool (and remember that I brought you this video, which proves I know how to pick my videos).

Not convinced?  Check out this video where they just test the pump over and over and over and over again.
Curious? Have a lift station where you think it might be a good fit?  Shoot me an email or give me a call.
