Our new Clarifier ad helps bring home one of the realities of our business - emergencies happen, and no matter what day or time it is, you've got to take care of them. At B&M Technical Services, we're aware of our need to be on call for our customers 24/7, and are grateful our customers trust us to call us when they have emergencies. We're always prepared to be called out, so next time you've got a situation, just give us a call and we'll be there. 364 days a year.
Kalahari Fun with WWOA!
October brings the Annual WWOA Conference, this year held at Kalahari in Wisconsin Dells. The conferences always provide a nice break to the every day routine. We always enjoy interacting with our customers and business partners, and the conferences provide prime opportunity to do this. This year we found the time valuable to strengthen our existing relationships, always a foremost goal for B&M Technical Services. We're excited about the opportunities that presented themselves at the show. At our booth, we gave away the rubber ducks, always a fun giveaway, in addition to the normal pens and notebooks. We also had a raffle for a $100 Raffle Ticket. Congratulations to Dan from Edgar for winning the ticket, and good luck on November 5th for the big raffle! Overall, it was a fantastic show and we look forward to next year!

Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
B&M Technical Services was proud to be a vendor at the Plover WRWA Expo on August 26th, 2010. It's always a great day, and we were looking forward to it. We ended up having an interesting day, as we weren't in our usual spot near registration but in the field. While being in the field had it's own advantages (close to the food!), we did fight with the wind all day long. But, Josh (with great help from Dennis, Todd, Ed from Westfield WWTP!) improvised and created a system that held the booth up pretty good. Our customer's adapted and managed to find us, and we overcame the obstacles and had a good show. That's the kind of service you will get from B&M - the ability to improvise, adapt, and overcome in the face of obstacles. We had fun doing the Expo Raffle, and were happy to give away $100 cash (and a $2 frame) to Denny from Theresa WWTP. Thanks to everyone for a great show!
Coloma Shop Ribbon Cutting
B&M Technical Services is proud to announce we are now a member of Waushara Chamber of Commerce. Bill Gruber, Josh Gruber, and Katie Gruber were joined by members of the Chamber board to have our official ribbon cutting on August 19, 2010. We look forward to being part of this productive and fun group to help growing businesses in Waushara County.
Thanks WRWA!
As part of the Mystery Prize that Josh won at the WRWA Annual Conference, he was given a chartered fishing trip on Lake Michigan. This month, Josh and Bill and friends took advantage of the gift certificate. With 15 mph winds on the lake, they had a great time and caught two fish. Check out the pictures below. Thanks so much for this opportunity!
Great Times Had at WRWA 22nd Annual Technical Conference
In late March, B&M Technical Services was a vendor at the WRWA 22nd Annual Technical Conference held at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Talking to customers and potential customers about their needs is always a highlight for our employees. Besides giving away our famous rubber ducks, this year B&M had a very popular drawing for a $50 bill at their booth. We were excited to draw and give the $50 to a representative of Lincoln Sanitary District. We are also a sponsor of the Sportsman Raffle, and gave away a $350 Dicks Sporting Goods gift card to a representative of New Berlin. Congratulations to our winners!
The Sportsman Raffle also proved to be a lucky night for B&M Technical Services. Besides two other winnings, Josh was chosen for the mystery prize. In order to claim his prize, he had to demonstrate his artistic skills in front of the entire crowd. His masterpiece will hang in the new WRWA Plover facility, so go check it out next time you're there!
