Yesterday brought the WRWA Outdoor Expo for 2015 and it was, yet again, another great day. We have pretty high expectations for the Expo (see 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014) and we haven't been disappointed yet. Here's our booth for this year:
Last year we were happy to have Gwyn from ShinMaywa join us for the first time at the Expo. I was glad he decided to come back this year. ShinMaywa pumps are so well built that it's a really enjoyable experience representing them in Wisconsin. You can see the cutaway just to the left below.
And to the right, you might notice a new addition to the booth! We've been a Magnum dealer for a few years now, and are excited to do more with them. We thought having one of their light towers would be perfect for the Outdoor Expo! I'm so glad that Mark from Magnum brought it up from Berlin, WI (where they're made!) and joined us for the Expo. I think it was a great addition and I hope he decides to come back again next year.
We had the THIRD Annual Chuck-A-Duck contest, and I'd say it was a success with over 90 participants.
Greg Hall took the trophy home with him to DeForest with a grand total of 210 points! Good work Greg! Today I also used Random.org to select our two runner-up prize winners - prize bags are on their way to Joe in Horizon and Jerry in Rhinelander!
We were also happy to give away $100 (and the cheap frame - don't forget that!) as part of the Expo Sportsman Raffle.
The day really flew by and before we knew it we were packing up to go home. Thank you so much to the endless efforts of WRWA to put together great events; as always the attention to details goes a long way. And most of all, a great thanks to all the operators who came and made this day great! We'll definitely see you next year!
