This year the North Central Region had their annual winter operators meeting on Leap Day. For those of us who could make it through the great amounts of rain/sleet/snow (depending on where you were in the the state) we were receiving, it was a great day! Rich, Lyle, and the rest of the crew at Plover did a fantastic job with everything. By the end of the day, there were rumors of 36 inches of snow way up north and it was still coming down! That was less than a week ago, and now they're calling for 50s this week! I think we're all ready for that!
