After setting up, I headed over to Turner Hall for the excellent lunch. Then it was a great afternoon of catching up with the operators! It's always fun to talk to old, new and potential customers. Lots of ducks were adopted, and I enjoyed sharing our excellent services and products. I didn't hear an official count, but to me it seemed like there were more vendors and attendees than ever. It's always a day I look forward to, and this year didn't let me down.
Again and again and again and now again this year, the Watertown Collection seminar proves to be the best way we can kick off summer. I think the weather was the best it's ever been for this show - maybe a reward for putting up with such a horrific winter? It always makes me happy to go and hang out in this beautiful park for a little while, and I set up our booth in our now traditional corner. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what to bring and how to set up the smaller shows with the new displays, so that proved to be a interesting process. After four years of using the same couple displays, I had it down to a science. Always fun to mix things up!
