Major progress has been made in legalizing Wisconsin rubber duck races this week. A bill specifically for this purpose has passed the Senate and Assembly and now heads to Governor Walker for his signature.
This has drawn international attention by way of the BBC, who declared that " rubber duck racing is a popular pastime." Obviously this is why we hand out rubber ducks.
