I love holiday weeks like this. Everything is smashed into just a few days and crazy, but everyone is in a pretty good mood too.  We might all be adults, but there's still a little Christmas magic in the air that makes things more fun than usual.

One thing that doesn't ever go away is our commitment to being there for all our customers when they need us.  That means building systems that can be relied on, with backup systems in place.  Always being available for technical questions on the phone, no charge no matter what time of night.  And when something unavoidable happens, we always are available to come out and get you going. Day or night, holiday or not.  

We hope that no one will need us for emergencies this holiday season, because that wrecks your holiday.  But rest assured, we're here and ready to go any time you need us.  And maybe we'll bring a little Christmas magic with us!
