I've said it again and again, if you're lift station pumps are having problems with clogging, you're really got to try out a ShinMaywa CNWX pump. While a lot of pump manufacturer's tack "non-clog" onto the front of their pump name and seem to call it a day, we have fantastic list of installations that prove ShinMaywa isn't one of them. How does it work? ShinMaywa’s revolutionary new single vane non-clog scroll impeller has a helix formed passage at the inlet and is smoothly connected to the single vane non-clog passage. This design eliminates clogging, plugging and entangling of fibrous obstacles. It can pass 3” - 4” spherical solids. As the debris enters the impeller, the shape of keeps it from the low pressure areas. This improves the passage capability. The scroll shape is particularly differentiating between the conventional "non-clog" and the ShinMaywa non-clog impellers. To see the impeller in action, check out this video. Then give me a call to talk about how ShinMaywa pumps can fit into your system! |
