Next Wednesday November 19th is World Toilet Day! This is a great day that brings awareness to the 2.5 billion people who lack sanitation facilities. As we work every single day with wastewater treatment plants and the advanced equipment that we use to run them here, it's easy to take for granted and forget how advanced it is. Check out the World Toilet Organization for more information. We've got a whole great week of tweets lined up to celebrate and to help bring awareness, and you should get in the fun too. Watch this very excellent, very funny 3-minute video to get in the spirit. Seriously, it's great. Watch it. 1. Run in The ‘Urgent Run’ Want to do more? The World Toilet Organization came up with ten things you can do for World Toilet Day. |
