Things have been busy around here, but I would be remiss if I didn't post about the great week we had at the WWOA Annual Conference a couple weeks ago. This year the conference was held at the LaCrosse Center. LaCrosse is one of our favorite towns, and although we exchanged fishing gear for exhibit supplies this trip, we had an awesome time.
I've got to say that the whether was perfect for a conference. Tuesday afternoon was beautiful for hauling in everything, Wednesday was rainy and cold so we all were perfectly content with being inside (hey, it's hard to be in a conference hall when it's beautiful outside!), and Thursday it was back to being nice again for loading up.
Can you believe that I took no pictures? You would think with all of us there, I would have had more than enough time to get some good ones! Too many good distractions. You'll have to take my word for it that our booth looked awesome and was full of very new and unusual ducks - I'm talking about the giveaways, not the people!
Seriously though, we so appreciated all of the operators who came out to the conference, and really enjoyed many of the conversations that we had. We were happy to see the event pulled together nicely and are looking forward to next year already.
