Phosphorus Update - Guidance
Every plant will have different requirements and plant instruments and equipment will need to operate at peak performance to reduce oP with lowest possible cost. When it comes to controls and instrumentation work related to these upgrades, call us for some savings during this costly upgrade.
Inline Nutrient Analyzers - products for ammonia/nitrogen and phosphate spectroscopy.
Thermal Regulation - testing effluent and profiling effects on receiving waters.
We sell temperature loggers to monitor long term data and services to measure the effect of your effluent thermal plume. This information will be used by the DNR for permit renewals, but as we understand it, may not require additional monitoring for plants that are proven to not “thermally degrade” the receiving water.
Partnership Strategies for correcting I&I problems from private homes and businesses
Talk to us about ways to measure and log flows and levels to confirm wet weather high flows.
Asset Management - Maintenance strategies to keep the plant running, reduce cost, make better replace/repair decisions and avoid bottlenecks & SNAFUs. We can help with this. Survey/initial evaluation can be free or we can jump in to fix problems you’re put up with too long. We are working on developing service contracts, including preventive maintenance contracts, which will enable operators to better plan for equipment maintenance.
Operator Competition - WWOA would like to finalize teams in April! Less than 2 months to go. Contact us or WWOA if you’d like to enter a team or join one.
We had an interesting conversation with an operator from a city that only has 2 current confined space people. Hard to field a 3 person team. If you’re in a similar situation, call us to schedule confined space service.
If you have spring maintenance and calibrations, call us to check prices and schedule service.
